POLICIES & REQUIREMENTS Hello Gorgeous — welcome! To ensure a smooth, professional, and relaxing experience for every client, please review the following policies before your appointment. Service Requirements • No fill‑ins on work from other technicians. Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak‑off along with your desired service. • Healthy nails only. Please come free of any infections, bleeding, or severe nail damage. Your long‑term nail health is always my priority. Timing & Attendance • 15‑Minute Grace Period: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. • No‑Call / No‑Show: Will result in a charge of 60% of the scheduled service and a ban from future bookings. Deposits • All deposits are non‑refundable and will be applied toward your remaining service balance. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Rescheduling must be done at least 26 hours before your appointment. Any request to reschedule within 26 hours will require the appointment to be cancelled instead. • Cancellations made within 26 hours of your appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee. • Same‑day cancellations are treated as no‑shows and follow the no‑show policy. Studio Environment • This is a judgment‑free, positive, and professional space. Please arrive ready to relax and enjoy your service.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 15-minute grace period - (after 15 minutes you appointment will be cancelled and charged 20%) Deposits are non-refundable and can be transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more than once, another deposit will need to be paid) After the 48-hour mark, appointments cannot be rescheduled, the appointment would need to be canceled and a new appointment will need to be booked. Additionally, if you need to cancel within the 36-hour window before your appointment, a 20% charge will apply to the card. No-call no-show appointments will be charged 60% of the service and you will be banned from booking.
