To make sure your experience is everything it should be; Please take a moment to read through the following. Service Requirements We only build on a clean foundation. No fill-ins on work done by another technician. Please arrive with bare nails or add a soak-off to your booking. We want your nails done right — not just done. Healthy nails only, love. Services will not be performed on nails showing signs of infection, open wounds, or severe damage. Your long-term nail health always comes first — no exceptions, no compromises. Your Appointment We hold your appointment slot exclusively for you. Please arrive on time — we give a 15-minute grace period as a courtesy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens, and we get it. Just give us a heads up. Rescheduling and cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment at no charge. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 20% fee. Rescheduling is no longer permitted within this window — a new appointment must be booked instead. Future bookings will be paused until this fee is paid in full. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 60% fee. Future bookings will be paused until this fee is paid in full. A no-show is defined as failing to arrive or contact us before your appointment time. No-shows will be charged 60% of the scheduled service total and will result in a permanent ban from future bookings. Don’t ghost us,just reach out. Cancellation Policy
